anxiety attack chest pain help help please help me pleae im asking?

I think I'm having an anxiety attack but my bp was up today, but at the same time, the school nurse thinks that the machine is not working well. I have a normal ECG and ECG traffic my normal bp is 125/75 which pb would do today marked my heart beat faster if I did 25 jumps cylinders. Im poping this pinching pain in the chest. I hardly slept the night before and had a Talk Today

Anxiety is fear. To overcome fear you identify what you fear and get ahead. The difficulty can be identified as what is my subconscious fears. wisdom teeth and mouthguards?

I have my wisdom teeth removed (unassigned) 37 days, suffering from anxiety is getting better, however I can not seem to rest my mouth for fear of gnashing of teeth Cuz my jaw feels stiff and firm, the bottom line is safe for me to wear a mouthguard when I want two, or will effect my wisdom teeth healing process and that the holes are still there … and where and how to get a mouth guard during the day and night …

A mouthguard is no problem as long as you keep cleaning it properly.

The swine flu im scared …………………………?

hey im 14 and suffering from autism sometimes have a lot of anxiety and concern of mildist things like time …. but when I knew I was really frightened swine flu currently live in the UK but I am still concerned that this will be a serious outbreak of viruses and me I sleep every night thinking I will wake up health Tomor … plz help im infected or really worried: (: (please note autism can not achieve what you do not mata …. ….. and people !!!!!!!!! autism rule
