I Feel Like A Useless Human Being..Anxiety and Depression Did This?
I have been diagnosed with only post tramatic stress..I am said to be healthy ..I don’t feel healthy.I wake in the mornings seem to be ok..I eat breakfast and then do somethings.But 3 pm im so tired and start feeling weak and just kind of shakey.i have been checked out with a ok on my physical being..But don’t know if what im feeling is depression or physical.I really don’t have any symptoms Im told of heart disease nor anything else…Most days I seem to be ok ,but the last few days I have gotten really tired and weak by afternoon which seems to subside later in the evening with only a general sense of not being well.I can’t really decide if im feeling something as a symptom or its just anxiety depression.If it were something bad i would think that the symptoms would persist all of the time not just at different moments.. Most of the day I seem ok but evenings around 3 pm to sunset I seem to feel worse..maybe its my imagination and its creating more sensations which causes anxiety ?
Unfortunately, yes anxiety and depression can do that to you. I get anxiety also and there are times that I am just sure there is something physically wrong with me that people are not seeing but it goes away if I can get myself involved in something else. I wish I could help more but all you can do is find what works to get you out of it. Talking it out with someone always helps me. And I have found my anxieties always feel worse in the evening just because of all the little stresses I dont notice during the day.

I have so much fear that the slightest touch felt like a spider crawling on me. This summer, I need protection. I am in the process of potty training my 23 month old daughter. She has been doing AWESOME so far. Only problem, I think she has some sort of “poop anxiety” or so I call it. She goes poop on the potty occasionally, but only after a big ordeal and sitting there forever. She keeps pooping in her pants instead. It is normal, when she finally goes make a big deal and tell her that the poopie is going home, make her say goodbye to poop. That worked with my son, the only way he would poop in the toilet. May be gross but it works. The more you make it a game the better it would work.

I was having a hallucination month or two, and I wonder by what causes it? I have a severe anxiety disorder, and most of them I ended up having a panic attack in the hallucination, or waking up with a panic attack.
