Need help linking symptoms together, What might I have? Have a long wait for Dr. Appt… and…?

Research a combination of Symptoms… What might I have?
I can’t find anything that would tie all of these symptoms together: I MIGHT even paypal someone a few bucks to the best if they don’t just go copy from obvious medical sites. I could do that myself and I’ve been to most of them. It may take some cross research or a google guru. I used to party hardy so I imagine I did some damage in all of those years. Plz try to include ALL symptoms.

1. Thin, Brittle, Yellow-ish Nails with Vertical Small Vertical Ridges (Fingers)
2. Abdominal Swelling
3. Frequent Urination (new)
4. EXTREMELY DRY FEET (new)
5. LEGS/FEET/HANDS splotchy dark red/purple-ish when cold or no reason. KNEES always very dark red!
6. Palms of hands always red.
7. Thinning/Dry Hair
8. Fatigue- Hypersomnia (too much sleep) or Insomnia
9. Anxiety/Forgetful
10. Myoclonic jerks (muscle jerks while resting or falling asleep)

Lady/Smoker/Recently Quit Drinking/ NEVER Drugs,

When was the last time your doctor did a blood work up? It sounds like a thyroid issue, possibly diabetes, maybe lymphedema or vein problems added, would need to know more like what tests you had, when you last had them etc.

The brittle yellow nails can come from lymphedema and thyroid but also smoking. the abdominal swelling can be fluid retention or possibly kidney problems. The red splotches indicate circulation issues along with palms, and the muscle spasms while resting would indicate a possible restless leg syndrome.

What you need is a complete blood work up to include thyroid T3 and T4 levels, diabetes and organ tests, and based on that, a urine culture, if you have not had a female exam in awhile get one to rule out cysts which can cause abdominal swelling and pressure on veins. Might need a pelvic ultrasound too, veinogram to rule out venous insufficiency and then go from there based on the results.

To me, I can’t diagnosis but it sounds like vein problems, coupled with thyroid issues, but need to rule out organ problems and female too.

The T3 or T4 levels even if they are normal or low end normal might not be normal for you as we are all individuals. The range might be 21-50 and you are 20, that’s low and the dr might not consider it to be bad but it could be bad for yo uso you need to see the test results and go over them with him.

Poop anxiety on a toddler? Anyone?

I am in the process of potty training my 23 month old daughter. She has been doing AWESOME so far. Only problem, I think she has some sort of “poop anxiety” or so I call it. She goes poop on the potty occasionally, but only after a big ordeal and sitting there forever. She keeps pooping in her pants instead. Is this normal, how do I make her not afraid to go poop on the big girl potty?

It is normal, when she finally goes make a big deal and tell her that the poopie is going home, make her say goodbye to poop. That worked with my son, the only way he would poop in the toilet. May be gross but it works. The more you make it a game the better it would work.

My and my ex wife even made up a song for it.

How do I lessen my test-taking anxiety?

I have a problem with test-taking anxiety, particularly for standardized tests like the SAT. I will be taking the SAT soon, and since it’s such an important test, I’m worried that I will have some really bad anxiety because of it. Sometimes I feel really nauseous when I take a big test and it makes it impossible for me to focus on what I’m doing. How can I prevent this?

Is that the anti-anxiety medication is best for me?

I am in my thirty years and for years I have been dealing with anxiety and anger. Now I have a toddler and I'm not being frustrated with him. I tried Wellbutrin in the past and side effects were horrible. My family has a history of problems anxiety and would like the opinions of others on this issue. I'm going to the doctor next week and wants to find out information before the appointment. Thank you!

Questions about the past record & Trust?

I am struck by an anxiety attack is the last day. I take a weeks and I was a student, but I hope not. I read in a recent forum that the practical results do not reflect how things are going in the real test, because the evidence More recent are much more difficult. I do what I do more testing now, but if I ask my rough notes June 07, proof is not even close. I have not taken June one yet b / c I'm scared I'm going to be terrible. Does anyone have any information or advice?

Calm down. This is the first step. These forums are baaad news. One of the best benefits, as everyone in this room is to be studied. Half of these people you are sitting with them have not. Also, nobody told you recently that the LAST is far more difficult than the practice tests are false. I have lots of practice exams and the ultimate truth under two years and my last real was relatively easier than most of the practice exams. There are sections will always be easy and difficult, so even to be on equal par. Ex: My games section was extremely easy, but reading comprehension was more difficult than usual. If you feel that you are really clever, do not take it, extend it, but simply to feed the anxiety. It is possible the expectations are that you may simply be unrealistic. Or, you may want to consider the adoption of a class. I took the Princeton Review, and recommend fullheartedly. Also, my best score of all the practice exams my last EFFECTIVE. And, however, recently I have done. So do not let anyone Psych Out. That is politics. People do seem to be much smarter. Much of the law school is the Head Games to fight against these people, worse, never done because there is a mandatory curve. Play The Game. Do not be winning.

Is it okay for me to have surgery to lose weight?

I am 15 and weighs 311 pounds, my height is 5 '10, I tried diet, and it works. but I just get soo excited! I do not want to go to school and suffer from major depression and social anxiety disorder and specific disorders of the pressure arterial im not being treated. How can I change or stop the dreams?

I had the same nightmare / dream last 8 years is not that scares me more, because has changed, but when I dream I know that this day will be an exciting day. I 'll mourn for no reason and with panic attacks for no reason. Deal Contral sleep but I'm sure emotioal shit surfous ago. How – I end these nightmares or dreams?

any advice ??????

My Finace and I have been together for 8 years. I feel that I know nothing more than himself. All my life I feel as there is life after him, I could not even life in pictures with him. The last two years we have been up and down and I feel worse as he treats me like sh **, but I can not leave. I feel used as scape goat I have real bad anxiety and actions are worse, but UAS as the cause and the remedy that I have be with him to be fine, but being with him is miserable and I have panic attacks and plays that sound like he knows I usually leave, he does what he wants and always to strings over my heart. I feel so stupid, but I want to go now, but I do not know how I feel mad if hes not with me, I look for in a med to calm and help me cope with my panic attacks and help me realize that there is life after a bad breakup ………. I help what to do.
