
How do I lessen my test-taking anxiety?
I have a problem with test-taking anxiety, particularly for standardized tests like the SAT. I will be taking the SAT soon, and since it’s such an important test, I’m worried that I will have some really bad anxiety because of it. Sometimes I feel really nauseous when I take a big test and it makes it impossible for me to focus on what I’m doing. How can I prevent this?

One way to lessen your test anxiety is not to study the day before the test and the day of the test. That reduces nervousness.
