anxiety leading to depression
What are the ways to overcome anxiety and depression?

I have a severe anxiety disorder and lead to depression. My attacks Panic have launched over 6 years. I was awesome for a few years later I had another that began the process, while the recovery again. The attack came a relapse during a trip and now I'm scared to travel. It was there almost 2 years and still not want to travel. I always dreamed around the world. Will I to be normal?

I concentrate on breathing and posture. I slowed down my thoughts in order to remain calm. I wrote four or five deep breaths. Thus try to relax and think of a place that is at peace with myself. Exercise is also helpful because it triggers your endorphins (chemicals that make us happy). You are normal. Panic attacks occur, and do not make you abnormal. It's something to learn to manage, cope and eventually overcome in practice using mechanisms survival. It takes time to become an expert in the use of these tools, however. I noticed the anxiety and depression are often linked. Anxiety often leads to depression when not controlled. To get out of depression (I call it a funk), I play video games, listening to music, exercising, something fun to watch Everybody Loves Raymond. It is important to laugh so they can divert their attention to something positive. More importantly, due to depression and anxiety by negative thoughts or negative thought patterns. By thinking positively, you have the power to overcome something, you can travel anywhere, and you can realize your dreams.
