How to Ease Christmas Anxiety Before Going to Bed ?

I find it so hard to sleep on christmas eve because you are so excited. What are some things i can do to help sleep longer and better ? Im only 13

I’m 13 too and that always happens to me so this is what i do.
?take a warm bubble bath and wash really good. it relaxes you
?drink some warm milk cause it helps you sleep. Don’t put cocoa in it because the sugar in it just keeps you up.
?try and play games and sports about 4 hours before you go to sleep. if you do it right before you go to bed it keeps you up.
?relax for a little while and watch some movies that don’t evolve christmas. but do this before you eat dinner.
?for dinner eat some warm food. but eat a little bit more than usual because you will have a full stomach when you go to bed.
?try not to watch t.v while you are trying to sleep. but if you really want to make it were the screen is really dark if you can do that on your t.v if you have one.
?get into bed at about 9:30 or 10 and watch a really boring t.v show
?put on some really comfy pajamas. like some that don’t stick to your legs.
?you can also just try to stay awake. eventually you will start dozing off
?don’t take sleeping pills because usually you will like to wake up early on christmas day and sleeping pills make it were you have to sleep for 8 hours. and you feel really bad the next day.
?make sure you don’t drink or eat anything sugary after 2 or 3.
